Your bird is not even old enough to have been weaned, so he may be having problems digesting his food. Hopefully, you are feeding him organic pellets and not seeds and junk.

The sounds you describe are not normal, and you'll need to take your bird to be examined by an Avian Vet ONLY in your driving area. Something is very wrong here, and your bird is sick, so do not delay getting him the medical services he needs. Tell the vet his age, how long you've had him and exactly what he's eating because there is a problem with his digestion. This is not something you want to wait around and see how it works out because birds die from infections and other serious physical problems. The very young ones like your bird who have been weaned too early have lots of problems.

Let us know what the avian vet has to say and thanks for writing.
