2 week old baby bird feeding

So sorry you were sold such a young bird. :-(

Please read our To Wean or Not To Wean article written by an avian vet. I hope everything works out for you and the bird.

Baby parrots are especially susceptible to bacterial infections. If you have not had bird examined by an Avian Vet already, then you'll need to do so. Selling birds this small is dangerous for the baby birds, so make sure an Avian Vet ONLY has examined it for any infections. Baby birds do not last long with infections of any kind, so please get this one to an Avian Vet as quickly as is possible.

Also make sure you are feeding a high quality handfeeding formula like RoudyBusch and that you do not begin weaning until closer to 5-6 months of age. The larger birds take longer to wean, and weaning too soon results in digestive/emotional problems of all kinds so be patient on starting the weaning.

As long as she is being fed properly and kept at a warm temperature I would say this is normal. Because she should be eating formula almost every 2 hours, it is normal for such frequent bowel movements.
