6 year old cockatoo lump in soft abdomen

My umbrella cockatoo has a lumb in her abdomen, I took her to an avian vet and they said she was fine. Im still concerned because she has some labored breathing, regergitated her food for the first time two nights ago, and laid her first egg last week. All other behavior is normal.
