Adding baby food to her diet

I have recently rescued a 7 year old Senegal parrot. She is fantastic but, she hates water, and has had a poor past diet, so now she is getting a variety of fresh veggies, fruit and Harrison's pellets. She has a real affinity for Bananas so I was wondering instead of giving her fresh bananas all the time could I supplement with Heinz rice and banana baby formula twice a week?
