No, you will not be able to put a baby parrot or any other parrot in same cage with one already established or new bird could be killed. Parrots are very territorial, and will not tolerate a strange bird in their cages.

Always put new birds into their own cages for their own safety. Also, a 3 month old baby is not even weaned yet, so it means having to handfeed it 3-4 times a day using baby parrot formula using a syringe. This is a learned skill. If breeder or pet store is selling baby birds without teaching people how to handfeed them, this should be against the law. Do not buy a baby parrot this young unless you already know how to handfeed correctly and safely.

My advice is to forget about a baby this young and get an older bird who will also need his own cage. I also suggest you do a lot more study about parrots in general and the Greys specifically. You also have to have an Avian Vet for when they get sick or injured as this IS the law.

This advice comes from much experience with parrots and is meant to help you and most importantly to help the birds everywhere.

NO! They must have their own cage.. The cage u have now belongs to your older grey.. Putting a new bird into his "home" can result in aggression and your new bird can end up seriously injured or killed. You can certainly put the cages side by side and let them get to know each other and maybe one day in the future they can live together.. But for now puting them together is a death wish!!
