african grey has a cold

please could you advice me as where i live we have no avian vets, my african grey eye is red and watery and.one nostril has a little water in also so I'm sure he has a cold what can i give him to make him better please help

I don't know of anything over the counter to help your bird, and we don't know where you live to help anyway.
