Your African Grey might just have a slight injury that could heal itself in a few days but I STRONGLY suggest you take your bird to an AVIAN VET(not a dog or cat one) just to be safe. If this injury prevents the bird from reaching its food bowl and eating your bird only has a few more days left. Good luck
