African grey losing feathers

My African grey sheds tiny feathery fan shaped white feathers regularly. Tonight though I found his cage bottom looking like it had snowed. It was covered in these tiny feathery white things. What is it?

Bird with losing small white feathers

It there are not any bald spots on the bird, then it is just molting. If you see bald spots, then you need to Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird to rule out disease.
