African grey parrott

Ive just ought an african grey parrott but it has no claws and some of its feet are short and stumpy how bad is this.

It is hard to say with recues, you need to Find an Avian Vet to examine the bird and tell you what all may be wrong with the bird and what can be repaired etc.
