Since you did not give us any other information, like how much he does this, how long he has been doing it and exactly what you mean by nodding, I'm going to assume your bird is ill. If he has not been examined by an Avian Vet in the last year, please have him examined by an Avian Vet ONLY in your driving area for infections or other physical problems.

Sick birds or those who appear to be sick have to be examined, diagnosed and treated by an avian vet to find out what is wrong. Until they know what is wrong, it cannot be treated.

Do not give any over the counter meds or home remedies, and this includes any meds from pet stores because they will hurt your bird not help it. Only an Avian Vet can diagnose and treat birds.

Find an Avian Vet
I hope this helps,
Linda
