Amazon Flinching

My Amazon parrot has been flinching nearly none stop. She also seems to have something wrong with her butt. She uses her foot and beak as if she's trying to remove something from there that's bothering her. She is eating, drinking, and behaving normally otherwise. Any thoughts on what could be wrong?

Amazon vet needs to explain condition

If your vet did not take the time to explain what is wrong and potential treatments, then please call and ask the vet to explain these things to you. You paid for this, the purpose of the appointment was for the vet to help the bird. (Yes I am irritated at your vet.)

Small Liver

Thanks and I took her to the vet. Apparently, she has a small liver, but the vet didn't specify what this meant in practical terms. Does anyone know?

Flinching amazon parrot

Your poor bird has something wrong and it is driving it crazy. Please Find an Avian Vet for your bird right away. It could have a bacterial infection or something else, but only an in person visit with a avian vet will determine the problem and the solution.
