Amazona has fours lumps

My parrot, a 12 years old white-fronted amazon (Amazona albifrons) has 4 small lumps growing out of his neck, I just noticed that while petting him. It's late night so I cannot take my pet to any vet right now, but please, could I have some advice? I am very worried, he's been with me since I was 8 years old, now I am 20 and he's like my son.
I have tried to take photos but it's impossible given they are covered by his feathers and he doesn't let me approach with the camera to his neck, these lumps are the same colour of his skin and are four in a row, the feel soft and as if they were filled in with some liquid.

Parrot with lumps in throat

These could be a result of infection, they could be tumors. The tumors could be fatty, or they could be more serious.

You can't treat what you don't know is wrong, and you can't get a diagnosis or treatment without seeing an avian vet.

Please use this Find an Avian Vet link to find an avian vet for your bird so it can be examined to determine what is wrong and what the potential treatment might be.
