Apollon the African Grey parrot

Apollon is the name of our African Grey Parrot.
He is two years old and the only pet in the house.
He started talking quite early at a age of one year old with simple words, now he responds to his name and he is talking in phrases in our surprise sometimes.
He makes all the noises he can hear around our neighbour and mostly all of the common noises of our busy house.
He is very close to our mother, actually he became a single person bird, but all of us we love him.
