ive got a white female budgie and she has got red round one of her eyes she is in the avairy with 4 cockateails and 3 other budiges and 3 quails they seem to be fine she is eating and drinkin well

Red around bird's eye

Dr B can not help you with this because he can't examine the bird. It could be an eye infection, it could be a disease that is contagious. Since the bird is in with other birds, I would separate the bird until you get a diagnosis from an avian vet. Let the vet know it was with other birds, because they may need to be seen by the avian vet also.
