Unfortunately, you should have asked these questions before breeding your birds.

If the babies are not being fed by the hen, then they will have to be handfed using a spoon or syringe. They have to eat baby parrot handfeeding formula found here or they will die.

The little one is dying because he has not been fed and is probably sick as are the other two.

Find an Avian Vet in your area and take all three in to be examined for infections.

See if the Avian Vet will take them and feed them as they need to be fed.

Do not breed anymore birds until you learn ALL the things you need to know about breeding, and there are many. Handfeeding is a learned skill, weighing babies everyday with a gram scale is necessary. If one baby does not gain weight everyday, then they are all sick. You will need to get with a breeder so you can learn how to handfeed and use only baby parrot handfeeding formula found here.

Your birds may die, and this will be because you did not do your study before breeding them. Please do not do this again and hurt anymore babies. There is a lot of information on the internet, so take advantage of it.
