baby galah is making a gurgle sound while he breathes

I feed him a hand rearing mix and now while he breaths its a gurgling sound. Is some thing caught in his throat? Or is it normal? His breathing doesn't seem to laboured, its just concerning. thank you.

You really do need to get to see you Avian Vet A.S.A.P.
You say you are hand feeding, are you using a bird syringe I assume that you are.
Are you feeding from the birds right side of it's mouth as you look down at it aiming the syringe towards its left side?

Galah making gurgling sound

Because Dr B sometimes doesn't answer questions for a week or more, I can not pass this on to him. You need to Find an Avian Vet where you live to either call and/or examine your bird.

If there is something wrong with your bird, waiting a week or more for Dr B could mean losing your bird, sorry.
