Your birds have an infection most likely a bacterial one which is very common with baby birds. They can get these infections from parent birds who have not been examined by an Avian Vet prior to breeding and are born with infection or acquire it soon after birth.

They will die unless they are all taken to be examined, diagnosed and treated by an Avian Vet ONLY. Do not take them to a dog and cat vet as they are not licensed or trained in the care of exotic animals and tend to mis-diagnose and give wrong meds resulting in birds' deaths.

You will need to take the parents in as well because these infections are highly contageous. If they were not examined and cleared for infection prior to breeding, then they have to be examined, diagnosed and given correct meds just like the babies. To continue to wait on this will result in babies' deaths and parents will eventualy also give it up as birds do not get over infections without treatment.

Give NO home remedies or over the counter meds including those found in pet stores because until an Avian Vet has diagnosed type of infection it cannot be treated without risk to bird's life.
