baby pigeon breathing problem, yellowish deposit

a pigeon egg hatched on my apartment window, the second egg didnt hatch. the baby pigeon is one month old now, it has scissor beak... i provide it with water, its parents still visit to feed it. yesterday, a yellow deposit formed inside his lower beak,his gular region is red inflamed.

the pigeon is weezing, finding difficulty breathing, jittering, keeps his mouth wide open all the time....poor bird. i dunno what to do. i am pregnant and affraid of getting infected by caring for it. plz advice? i live in saudi arabia, cant find a shelter to care for it. regards
