Take a bird not tame to an avian vet?
by: Tracie

Yes, avian vets treat birds that are not trained. Breeder birds can sometimes be vicious with humans and they should be checked yearly to make sure they are healthy and will produce healthy chicks.

I posted the question and my birds are not tame yet, so would they still be able to get diagnosed and treated?

Birds with baldness around eyes
by: Tracie

No, birds should not lose feathers around their eyes. But since you didn't post a picture, I don't know if you are just referring to the fact that feathers are not right against the eyes.

Basically, if this is a new condition, then take the bird to an avian vet right away. If after looking at other bird pictures you see that your bird looks just like them, then don't worry about it.
