Your birds may be sick because this sounds like gasping for breath. Please take your birds to an Avian Vet to be checked for infection because they will not get well without being diagnosed and treated by an Avian Vet only. Dog and cat vets are not licensed to treat birds and sometimes kill them or leave infections untreated so birds die. You may have to drive a ways to get to the avian vet, and please be willing to do so. When we have birds, we have to know where an avian vet is because they all get sick or injured and so avian vet is a part of having a bird.

Please do not delay finding an Avian Vet because your bird's lives may very well depend on how quickly you get them to the avian vet.

It is hard to tell unless you give us more info.

The birds could have a respiratory infection and should be seen by a certified avian vet to rule out any medical problems.

Sorry I couldn't help you more but we need more info.
