Biting foot

my Budgie constantly bites his foot an I can I don't know why.

Some kind of irritation is usually why they bite their feet. If your bird is sitting on plain wooden dowels, then his feet are hurting from the constant pressure. All parrots have to sit on natural branch safe wood perches because the differences in diameter of natural branches give the feet and legs the rest they need. This is how birds sit in the wild, and it is how they must be kept in captivity.

His foot could have been injured too, so it may be a good idea to have an Avian Vet take a look and see if there is cause for concern or further action. There are a few diseases and infections that are foot related as well, so a visit with an Avian Vet would be a very good idea.
