3 month old pet galah bleeding from backside only noticed in last 2 hours.. what should we do apart from take to vet

You need to Find an Avian Vet right away! That is the only thing you can do for your bird. It may be egg bound or have a tumor, but bleeding is bleeding and it could bleed to death quickly.
