Bllue Fronted Amazon changed behavior

In the past two days our thirty year old bird suddenly became quiet...He is normally very verbal about his wants and needs. He sits on his perch quietly and frequently I see him with his head under his wing like he is sleeping...His feathers seem puffed up...He is not accepting his usual treats.....Any ideas....thanks for your input......
