Blue Gold Macaw's red nostrils

Hi my BG Macaw has been sneezing. Initially I thought perhaps it was dust. But now after 3 months, he is still sneezing. I'm not too sure if there's any discharge. Also, it feels like his nose is blocked and everytime after some playtime, he's always panting. Like breathing heavy with his mouth open. Recently his nose starting turning red. I'm
Not sure if he have been scratching it or is it due to the sneezing. Kindly advice me.
