scary thought

I think it is realy scary that there are people out there in charge of parrots that will think of doing things like this to parrots.
The sad fact is that there is a lot of cross breeding going on with Macaws, Amazons, Conures, Rosellas. There is probably more but I think you get the jist of what I saying, is this really called for especially with rare Macaws or any bird for that matter.
