Breeding time is normally spring time. Since you did not give much information, you cannot breed a Cockatoo and a Macaw.

Hi, Not sure about the macaws but the cockatoos, depending on size of cockatoo can be anywhere from August of one year to March of the next. My goffins start in about August or september and go through to March/April.

I do not breed them, don't believe in it, but it can also depend on where you live.
