Broken parakeet wing

I don't know if my parakeet has a broken wing or not, but I guess it does. It keeps its right wing up, and I can't take it to a vet. It fell down last week and is doing fine. She's very active too, but I cannot examine its wing because she won't let me. Her left wing is perfectly fine, but her right wing is high(noticeable). I need help! I don't know if it'll be able to fly in the future or not!
