Brown stuff coming out of my parakeets mouth ?!

So he was playing with his toy and he went all weird and started nibbling on the toy and brown stuff came out on his toy and hes done this so many times before

It sounds, from your description, that this toy is toxic. It this always happens, please remove this toy and make sure you do not allow your bird to chew anything toxic.

I suggest you Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird to make sure there are no lingering effects that have injured it's organs.
