Budgie bites his nails

I have a pet budgie in which I bought about 2 months ago. About 1 1/2 of a month later, (3-4 weeks from today) he started biting his nail on his right foot. And now his right foot is missing a nail, one is hanging loosely, and one toe's nail seems to be completely fine. His left foot is unscathed, and sometimes he leans on his left foot.

I also need to know if him sneezing every 15 - 20 minutes is a bad thing. If it is, then does it have something to do with being cold?

Budgie biting off nails and respiratory issue

There is something wrong with your bird, and you need to Find an Avian Vet for your bird ASAP. Dr B can not help, because your bird needs an in person exam so that the problem can be diagnosed and the exact prescription for the problem be written.
