Budgie Disease

Drear sir,
my budgie's dropping is seem to be normal but stick on vent feathers and produce greenish appearence.She has loss of appetite,over growth of claws nails and flying power is also less i.e could not fly properly.I thing she is young one too.What could be the diagnosis? What I sould do as a treatment?Plz gide me properly.
