Bird with blocked cere

There are not any medications that can be prescribed over the internet, especially when you don't even know what is causing this. Bacterial infections are treated differently from illness and illness different than disease etc.

Please Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird and determine what is causing this do the exact medication for the exact cause of the illness can be prescribed.
