my budgie got closed in a drawer and she was bleeding but my parents wont take her to the vet, now she is sleepy

I am so sorry. Birds have hollow bones, so your bird may not live. I hurt for you. Some parents have a hard time with spending a lot of money to help a bird they paid $15 - $20 for.

If you get another bird, then please keep it's wings trimmed so that it will not get away from you and get injured.
