budgie problems

I have had my budgie now for 4 months now and he stays still the whole time he is out of the cage I just need some tips on how I can make coming out of the cage more comfortable for him.

Budgie shyness

I apologize this did not get answered right away.

Just keep spending time with the bird. The more the bird sees it can trust you the more comfortable it will be with you.
