Budgie quiet, poop stuck to feathers

Hi my cat got on top of the table of my budgies cage and it fell so he got stuck under the tray and he was suffocating when we tried getting him out he was squished even more but he's ok now though he is not as active as before and he doesn't sing unless there's a vacuum on also he gets his poo stuck to his butt I'm taking him to a vet but I just want to be sure I love my little Mango
