Birds picking on each other

You will need to purchase a separate cage for one of the birds. If birds decide they don't want to be together, then there is nothing you can do to make them like each other.

It is possible that the cage is too small for two birds. You should have a large enough cage that there can be two food dishes and two water bottles. Put one bottle and one food dish on opposite sides of the cage, so that each bird can eat at their own dish.

The cage needs to be large enough for several natural wood branches and shreddable toys throughout the cage too. Bored birds are unhappy birds.

My last thought is, if you have a male and female you are going to have breeding problems. Since you are not a breeder, you should not have a male and female together in the same cage.
