Budgie needs avian vet
by: The Avian Vet

Your bird needs to see a veterinarian for any grooming such a nails, wings and beak. Your bird should see a veterinarian annually for check ups and vaccines. More importantly, your bird is sick and needs medical attention. With the right perches, you never need to trim nails. Use a pedicure perch, like the Polly's Pastel Pedicure Perch, as the highest perch in the cage and your bird will sleep there and the nails will stay short and dull.
