Thanks but he does not have any of the sickness symptoms he is eating and drinking im wondering if maybe something scares him because he is new...he is unsteady on the finger and after balancing on my finger then he does it but lately since he has gotten used to me it has stopped so I think maybe it was fear and stress to the new adjustment to the home

He could be sick because sick birds cannot regulate their body temperature and are always cold. I highly recommend your bird be examined for infections/disease by an Avian Vet ONLY in your driving area right away because your bird appears to be cold which is one of the first signs of illness. Find an Avian Vet

Also a draft from either a floor or ceiling vent can cause sickness, so keep bird away from all vents in the house. In the summer, make sure any vents near your bird's cage are closed to keep any cold air from hitting him. Our Amazons are in their own room, and we close the ceiling vent completely off in the summer to prevent chilling. Their cage is also away from the vent even in the winter to prevent any drafting. Drafts, even in the summer, are dangerous for birds, and this includes a cross draft when two windows are open.
