can i put my budgies cage in my bed room?

Yes, you could put cage in your bedroom provided your TV/Computer is turned off about 9pm every night so birds can go to sleep. Birds need around 12 hours of darkness each night in which to sleep. They also need the same amount of natural light during the day. This full spectrum light is not provided by sitting by a window as the glass filters out all the beneficial spectrum of colors. You have to buy hanging fixtures or a floor lamp in which full spectrum light bulbs are in so birds get the right kind of light every day.

So, if your room can provide all these things, then it would be okay. The thing to consider is that if you're gone all day, they may become very lonely in there all alone, so think of how they might feel in your room. Not kidding about them going to bed at 9pm either, as they must get their rest and that does not include watching a TV or computer screen.
