care of my parrot

my aexandrine parrot is about 8-9 months old and it is losing his hair from all over the body. The green feather n hair is almost gone esp. on the head region and skin shows.he scratches his body like a MAD one. i am not able to diagnose its cause. please help me or he will die. what should i do? i love him so much.
