Chicken not standing

I let me 10 chickens out the other morning and by the afternoon I found my black sex linked chicken on the ground with the top of her head pecked very badly. I can see no visable problems besides that. She has survived the past couple days and she will eat, drink, peck grass when i place her on the lawn...she is a normal chicken, except she can't stand.

It seems to be her right foot...she can move it and put weight on it when i hold her, but when i help her try to walk sometimes she acts as if she doesn't have feeling in it.

I don't know if i give her more time, or what to do to help her. or if maybe they damaged nerves when they pecked her head and she will never be able to move it again
