chowking parakeet?

my parakeet keeps moving his neck up and down like he is trying to swallow something down or throw up.
i dont know what to do i think he may be chowking?

 Bird moving head up and down

If your bird just does this once in a while, then it is bringing food up from it's crop and that is normal. If your bird does this all day, then you need to immediately Find an Avian Vet for your bird.
