my friends cockatail looks like it has a sore that is scabing or looks like food is stuck on tonque never seen this before and not sure what it is any body seen this before

Your friend needs to Find an Avian Vet to examine the bird in person. Dr B can not tell what is wrong over the Internet. Also, the bird will need a prescription and they can only be prescribed in person.
