Dr B can not tell without examining your bird. It may be an infection causing your bird to be off balance, or it could be a tumor or who knows what else.

You need to make an appointment with an avian vet right away. Bird's have hollow bones that break easily. Move all the perches to the lowest point, along with the water bottle and food dishes.
