If you did not take your bird to an avian vet, and have blood tests run etc. then your bird may have a disease and is giving it to the other birds. Find an Avian Vet

This sounds cruel, but if you do not have the funds to care for your birds, then I feel you should find a home for them with someone that can afford vet care for them. Then save your money, make sure you have a large savings account for vet bills before purchasing more birds.

I can tell that you love your birds, and that you are attached to them. It is just that the bird that looks like it has mange may be suffering and may give what it has to the other birds.
