cockatiel sick?

I have a cockatiel and he is about one year old. is the last few day ive notices that he is fluffed up all the time and also he is constantly sleeping and not making as much sound.u
is he sick?but he hadnt lost his appetite.and is not regurgitating his food

Please find an Avian vet straight away it sounds as though your little bird is sick, just because he is continuing to eat means nothing as they are very good at hiding there illness
