cockatiel-mass or blood blister on side of face by beak

My cockatiel has developed a mass or tumor that looks like a blood blister on the face where the beak opens. She seems fine other wise.

This must be seen in person by an avian vet, Dr B can not help because he needs to examine your bird and probably run tests on the mass in question.
