colour blind?

i have a mini parakeet and i was just wondering .... are they colour blind and how long does it take them through there first time pleading

All birds see as many or more colors than we do. They can also see clearly for up to 250 feet or more in distance. When I say CLEARLY that is what I mean. A hawk, eagle or owl can see their prey's movements clearly from at least that far. Parrots and small birds also have the same range of colors and the ability to see things we cannot see because they are too far away or hidden from our view.

I don't understand what you mean by pleading? If you are talking about molting, it varies with each bird. Birds eating a good diet of organic pellets, like Harrison's, will get through with it faster, and have healthier skin and feathers. If your bird is not eating organic pellets, then he needs to be, and Tracie sells them here.
