concerning skin infection in plum headed parakeets

one of my plum headed parrot has been having skin infection latrely .... his color has changed and i dont know how to treat him.... my other birds dont include him in dier group nymore... p;lzzz help

The only thing I know for you to do is to Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird. In the USA, there is not an over the counter medicine for infections.
