constantly licks feet

My red belly parot consistantly licks his feet.. Should I take him to the vet? This behavior is non stop.

I suspect that in your heart you know the answer, and just want confirmation that you need to Find an Avian Vet for your bird. I am sorry your bird is sick.

Please do find a vet soon, your bird is obviously in distress and if it is an infection it will spread.
