Constipation?

My male parakeet is trembling and has stool hanging from him and it wont drop. Does that mean he is constipated? If so, what should I do?

My african grey is also constipated and is passing what looks like stones.As been in the hospital for 4 days and Vet does not know what is causing this.any comments?

Trembling bird

You need to Find an Avian Vet for your bird right away. Yes, trembling and sticky poop is a sign of illness.
